Take a few minutes and make a list of some of the things you’re
grateful for in your life including things you own,
relationships and your own inner qualities. You could also
include local resources such as parks, your town, recreational
resources and where you live. Decorate your list with pictures,
stickers or drawings. Put it up on your wall or in your scrap
book. Another idea is to think about people you're grateful to
have in your life and make a point of letting them know how you
feel about them in the next few weeks.
78.
If you believe in God, say a prayer. For example “Dear God,
please make me a more loving person or “Dear God, please bring
health and abundance to (yourself or a friend or loved one)”.
If you don’t believe in God, think of a way that you could do
something thoughtful today for yourself or someone else. If you
do something for someone else, try to do it without letting him
or her know it was you (an anonymous good deed).

Go out to a beautiful natural place in your area and just sit
and enjoy the beauty around you. Don’t try to think about
anything, just let your mind rest and feel the peace. You may
find that this is a very soothing and healing experience. Notice
if your intuition gives you messages when you’re in this relaxed
state and be sure to write them down in a notebook.
