Get rid of some things you no longer need. Letting go of things
you rarely use often makes you feel much better because you
don’t have to look at or think about that “stuff” anymore. As
you sort through miscellaneous items in a closet, your desk or a
drawer see if you can find something special that you can give
to someone you care about and give it to him or her.

Are you procrastinating about something? Take a very small
action today toward your goal (10 minutes or less) and a very
small action tomorrow. You'll be surprised at how fast you'll
get there with very small steps! Be sure to give yourself a
small gift from this list for doing each step.

Find a corner in your home or office that really needs cleaning.
Take everything out and vacuum, dust or polish until it shines.

If you like to cook and you’re a recipe collector, take some
time to organize your recipes. If you’re not a cook take some
time to organize magazines, articles you’ve cut out of the
paper, records, audiotapes, CD’s, books or anything else that
needs it.
